Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 states that an Application ( Exh. 5 ) filed by the Petitioner is kept for hearing on Monday i. e. 17.02.2020. He submits that since the same is pending before the trial Court, he has no objection, if the order of status-quo is passed till the said Application ( Exh. 5 ) is decided. Accordingly, parties to maintain status-quo till the Application ( Exh. 5 ) filed by the Petitioner is decided. It is made clear that this Court has not considered this Petition on merits and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open. The trial Court shall not be influenced by the order granting status quo, and shall decide the Exh. 5 Application on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties.
