DATE : 01 DECEMBER 2023 P.C. :- The Petitioner had made a complaint to the State Government on 29 December 2019 whereupon the notice was issued to Respondent No.5 - Co-operative Society calling for certain information alleging certain irregularities. This information was called on 12 March 2019 and this Writ Petition was filed on 14 August 2019 praying that the proceedings pursuant to the letter dated 12 March 2019 be completed in the time bound manner.

The Writ Petition has thereafter not been circulated and has remained pending with no orders passed thereon. 3.

Today, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks time. In this position no purpose will be served keeping the Petition pending. If the proceedings pursuant to the letter dated 12 March 2019 have not been taken forward, the same shall be done within a reasonable period.

By this observation, we do not intend to convey that we have considered the merits of the allegations made against the Respondent No.4. All that we state that since the proceedings were initiated by calling for information, let that be taken to the logical end within a reasonable period.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
