Petitioner No.1 is present with his advocate and complainant/respondent No.3 is present with her advocate. Marriage of petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.3 is already dissolved and domestic violence proceedings initiated by respondent No.3 are also settled. 2.

Parties have invited our attention to Consent Terms and to Deed of Khulanama. Amount of Rs.3 Lakhs is already received by Respondent No.3 and today in the Court DD for Rs.3 lakhs has been handed over to her. Thus, she has received total amount of Rs.6 Lakhs agreed between the parties.

The marriage took place on 16/11/2015 and there are no children born to the parties.

In this situation accepting joint request we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
