Since the Appellants are the legal heirs for the original claimant and some of the legal heirs are already on record, the delay in bringing on record the legal heirs of Appellant No.3 stands condoned by accepting reasons stated in the Civil Application. The legal heirs be brought on record within a period of one week from today.
