Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition so as to enable him to file an appropriate appeal under section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Leave granted. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. While considering the limitation for filing an appeal, the Appellate Court shall keep in view the time spend by the petitioner in prosecuting the present Petition.
