Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.95 of 2019 registered with Chaturshringi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.
It seems that during the pendency of the application, negotiations were held and the applicant has deposited an amount which was due to the Punjab National SSP 1/3
Bank - Intervener. On 18 August 2023, a statement was made before this Court on behalf of the Applicant that the Applicant has deposited the entire amount as directed by the Court. Time was sought on behalf of the intervener to take instructions. 4.
The learned Counsel for the Applicant tendered a copy of the statement of account which shows that there is a credit balance of Rs.9/- in the loan account of the applicant as on 19 August 2023.

The learned Counsel for the Intervener, however, submits that a sum of Rs.97,996/- is due and payable.

The said amount, as is evident from the report of the NPA charges tendered for the perusal of the Court, appears to be the cost of legal proceedings. 7.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, keeping open the liberty to the bank to recovery the said amount of Rs.97,996/- in the manner known to law, the Application stands allowed.

In the event of the arrest of the Applicant - Sujata Vipul Modi, in connection with C.R.No.95 of 2019 registered with Chaturshringi Police Station, Pune the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The Applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.
