(33)-WP-11286-16.doc.
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO.11286 OF 2016 Sanjeev Mukund Vaidya ..Petitioner
Versus
State of Maharashtra and another ..Respondents Shri. Aniket P. Ranade for the Petitioner.
Mrs. V. S. Nimbalkar, AGP for the Respondent No.1. CORAM : R. M. SAVANT, J.
DATE : 20th JANUARY, 2017 P.C.
In view of the fact that a remedy by way of a Second Revision is available to the Petitioner against the impugned order dated 08.09.2016, it is not necessary for this Court to entertain the above Petition. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
Since it is the contention of the Petitioner that the original application was entertained without there being any application for condonation of delay, the said aspect would be considered by the Revisionary Authority in the Revision that would be filed by the Petitioner. If the Revision is filed within two weeks from date, the Revisionary Authority may dispose of the same expeditiously. Parties to act upon a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Court Shirestedar.
