Respondent No.2 does not appear though served. On 6th March, 2019 this Court after marking his absence has ordered "no charge-sheet".

Even today, Respondent No.2 is absent. Learned APP appears for Respondent No.1. Learned APP as also counsel for the petitioner state that the charge-sheet was filed on 27th October, 2018.

In this situation, we permit the petitioner to place on record the charge-sheet, if necessary. Accordingly, Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.1215 of 2019 is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.

Interim order is modified to stay on further proceedings before the trial Court.
