1] Heard Mr. Mankapure, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
2] This petition seeks to challenge the legality, validity and propriety of the Circular dated 28th March 2011 issued by the 1st respondent. 3] It is stated that by virtue of the subsequent development and particularly the issuance of Government Resolution (GR) dated 21st September 2017, the grievances of the petitioners stand redressed. In the circumstances, the writ petition does not survive and it is disposed of as such.
DSS 901-wp-10052-13.doc 4] Civil Application (St) No. 2927 of 2018 may not survive after disposal of the petition as above, but we grant liberty to the applicant to file his own substantive proceedings in the event the grievances still subsist.
