Civil Application No.257/2017 seeks to expedite the hearing of a Second Appeal admitted by this Court. The Second Appeal is of year 2012. The application for expedition is on the footing that the Applicant is a senior citizen of 76 years age. The suit is for partition and separate possession. In the premises, the hearing of the Second Appeal is expedited. The Second Appeal to come up for hearing in the week commencing from 3 April 2017. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
