The learned APP on instructions submitted that the trial pertaining to the CR No.66 of 2015 is already began. She on instructions further submitted that as of today four witnesses have been examined by the prosecution and intending to examine seven more witnesses. In view of the same, the learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application if the said trial does not conclude within a period of three months from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
