By this petition fled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek writ of Mandamus and praying for an order and direction against the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take immediate action on the petitioners' complaint fled by the petitioners through their advocates' notice dated 15.07.2019.

Mr. Vashi, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the said complaint is still pending before the Respondent No.1. It would be appropriate if we direct the Respondent No.1 to decide said complaint annexed to the petition (Exhibit 'E') within eight weeks from today after hearing the petitioners and Respondent Nos.3. Respondent No.1 shall pass an order in accordance with law and after compliance with the principles of natural justice, within eight weeks from today. The order shall be communicated to both the parties within one week from the date of passing of such order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the Respondent No.1 on 18th March, 2020 at 11.00 a.m. If the date fxed by this Court is not convenient to the Respondent No.1, an early date shall be conveyed to both the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
