By way of filing this petition, the petitioner has prayed for expeditious trial of Sessions Case No.103 of 2015 arising out of C.R.No.236 of 2015 registered with police station at Dindoshi. 2.
We direct the concerned trial Court to expedite the trial and take it to the logical end as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if already trial is not concluded.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
In view of the disposal of the petition, nothing survives for consideration in criminal application and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
