Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3.

The petitioner is challenging the final recommendation of the disciplinary committee, wherein it is recommended that the petitioner shall not enter the canteen, except if accompanied by a designated official of the college.

The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner has a remedy before the University Students Grievance Redressal Cell constituted as per the sub Clause (b) of sub Section (2) of Section 56.

In light of that, the petitioner may approach the University Students Grievance Redressal Cell, if such an application/appeal is

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
