2) By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 20th July, 2018 passed by the learned trial Judge below application Exh.63 in Regular Civil Suit No. 170 of 2015 refusing to exhibit the partition deed in respect of the suit property. In my view, the remedy of the petitioner would be to challenge this order along with the final decree, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order. The petition is accordingly dismissed with this clarification. No order as to costs.
