On 27/07/2021, the application for bail preferred by the present applicant was dismissed as withdrawn, but he was given liberty to approach this court once the ballistic report of the weapon, which was recovered under the discovery panchanama, was received.

2/2 28 BA-4100.21.odt Forensic Science Laboratory, Kalina, Mumbai, and unfortunately it does not support the case of the applicant, but the report rather advances the case of the prosecution. When confronted, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application.
