In all these applications the applicant has prayed for permission to travel abroad during the period from 29th October, 2022 to 4th November, 2022.

The applicant had preferred application for anticipatory bail in various First Information Reports which are subject matter of these applications and in all these cases the relief under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. was granted to the applicant. Vide order dated 6th February, 2017, it was directed that the applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of this Court. Subsequently, the applicant had preferred applications before this Court seeking permission to travel abroad which were allowed vide order dated 13th April, 2018, 15th October, 2018 and 26th April, 2019. 3.
The applicants intends to travel to Turkey during the period
stated above. The applicant has provided his itinerary with regards to his travel plans.

Learned APP submits that since the applicant was permitted to travel abroad in the past on similar conditions the application could be allowed.

Considering the factual aspects as above, these application can be allowed.
ORDER
i.
All applications are allowed.
ii.
The applicant is permitted to travel Turkey from 29th October, 2022 to 4th November, 2022.
iii.
The itinerary about his travel be provided to the investigating officer.
iv.
Since, the investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed and the case is pending before the Court of 7th Joint C.J.J.D. and J.M.F.C., Pune, in future course of time, in the event, the applicant intends to travel abroad, the applicant will be at liberty to prefer such application before the trial Court.
iv.
All applications stands disposed off.
