Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Learned counsel. for respondent is absent.

As per order passed by this Court, on 14th November, 2011, the applicant was directed to deposit amount of Rs.1,15,000/- towards arrears of maintenance which he failed to do so. Hence Writ petition came to be dismissed.

Now he has filed this application for restoration of the Writ Petition, by submitting that he has already deposited an amount of Rs.1,55,000/- towards the arrears of maintenance and also depositing an amount of Rs.5,000./- per month.

4. l In view thereof, application for restoration is allowed. The

order dated 14th November, 2011, dismissing writ petition No.1999 of 2009, is set aside and the said Writ Petition is restored to its file for hearing on merits.
