CORAM :- SMT. R.P. SONDURBALDOTA, J.

DATED :- 30TH SEPTEMBER, 2016.

P.C. :- 1).

After the petitions are substantially argued, Mr. Avhad, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, concedes that the petitioners have approached this Court for challenging the Arbitrator without first resorting to the procedure laid down in Section 13 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In that case, the petition as filed would not be maintainable. Mr. Avhad, then seeks to withdraw the petitions stating that the petitioners will follow the due procedure. In view of the statements, the petitions are allowed to be withdrawn.
