Mr. Mone, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation regarding the grievance raised in this petition to the Committee, ie., Grievance Redressal Mechanism constituted as per the order dated 27th October 2016 made by this Court in PIL No. 93 of 2007. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.

In the event such representation is made by the Petitioner, the Grievance Redressal Mechanism / Committee shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. patilsr 1 / 2

Needless to mention that before taking any decision on the representation to be filed by the Petitioner, the said Committee shall hear all aggrieved persons. It is expressly made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open to be agitated before the said Committee.
