The petitioner took objection to construction permission/commencement certificate issued in favour of respondent No.10. The gist of the objections is formulated by the Corporation in the notice dated 5th January, 2015, which is annexed at page 162. Respondent No.10 has also filed a reply on 22nd January, 2015. 2.
The sole grievance of the petitioner seems to be that though reply is filed by respondent No.10 way back in the month of January, 2015 and thereafter hearing took place, the respondent-Corporation has not taken any decision so far.

Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation, having taken instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner's objections would Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
Sr.No.19 WP 9545.15 be decided by passing speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned. The statement is accepted.

In the light of the statement, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 5.
It is expressly made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
