Perused the Civil Application No.1036 of 2016. The delay is of 24 days in filing the Appeal.

The learned counsel for the Respondent sought to urge various contentions and sought imposition of costs. However, these contentions relate to the merits of the Second Appeal which would be considered when the Second Appeal is taken up for consideration. As far as the delay of 24 days is concerned, sufficient cause is made
