Having perused the writ petition, we do not find that the petitioner is remedyless. The petitioner can initiate appropriate proceedings so as to cause removal of the unauthorised construction or obtain a direction for its demolition. That the petitioner will have to do with an assertion in relation to his right, title and interest in the property. Keeping this remedy open and contentions therein, we dispose of this writ petition.
