The grievance of the petitioner is that though the respondent no. 3 Deputy Director of Education, Pune has forwarded the proposal to transfer the petitioner from Karmala to Latur district, on the basis of the policy of keeping the husband and wife at one place vide proposal dated 11.1.2016 Exh."F", respondent no. 2 has not taken any decision on the said proposal Exh. F as yet. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.2 to consider and take

17­wp­1610.2017.sxw appropriate decision on the said proposal dated 11.1.2016 Exh. F sent by respondent no. 3 to him. The decision as aforesaid be taken as expeditiously as possible but not latter than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner to submit copy of this order and copy of the said proposal Exh. F before respondent no. 2.
