In RTS Appeal No. 533 of 2022, the execution of order dated 25th March, 2022 passed by the Tahasildar, relating to S.No. 269 was stayed by the SDO till the next date of hearing. However, on 6th September, 2022, SDO refused to extend the stay, without recording reasons. Order with no reason in arbitrary order. Thus, the order dated 6th September, 2022 is set aside. In t he result, pending RTS Appeal No.533 of 2022, execution of order dated 25th March, 2022 passed by the Tahasildar, Maval is stayed. The SDO shall make an endevour to S. R. Joshi 1/2
