The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that Respondent Nos.3 and 4- employers are served. None appears for them.

The learned AGP states that the pending caste claim of the Petitioner would be decided within a period of eight weeks. The learned AGP states that this statement is made on the basis of the instructions given by Mr.Manohar Chandu Memane, Research Officer.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of accepting the aforesaid statement.
