The above Civil Application has been filed for intervention by the Applicant who is the subsequent purchaser of the property in question. The Learned Counsel appearing for the original Petitioners Mr. Deshmukh and the Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1A to 1C Mr. Tapkir, have no objection to the above Civil Application being allowed. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the Applicant is directed to be impleaded as party Respondent to the above Petition being Respondent No.9, though the Applicant claims to have purchase the share of the Petitioner. Amendment to be carried out during the course of the week. The Learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties are exploring the possibility of settlement and therefore request the above Petition to be kept for filing consent terms on 9-4-2015.
