The grievance of the petitioner is that the matter is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee where he had filed an application seeking permission for leading evidence and for crossexamination of Head Master. Copy of the said application has been filed at Exhibit 'A' (colly).

2] Keeping in view the relief claimed in the petition, we are inclined to dispose of the petition by directing the respondent no. 2 Caste Scrutiny Committee to consider and decide the said application (Exhibit 'A' colly) if the petitioner's caste validity claim is still pending. 1/2
