No.123 of 2018 registered with Hatkanagale Police Station, District Kolhapur, police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Ichalkaranji, District Kolhapur.

2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court, if charge is not framed till date. Leave and liberty granted.
