Ms. Farzana Khan, counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 opposes the prayer, as according to her, the applicant should have been diligent to comply with the conditional order of this Court.

We have perused the cause cited. We deem it appropriate to accept the explanation tendered by the counsel for the applicants, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/- to the Kiritkar Law Library by the applicants within two weeks and acknowledgment of the same be produced on record within same period.

Subject to production of acknowledgment of aforesaid cost payment, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
