Learned APP on instructions of the concerned Investigating Officer states that the Officer intends to file a report claiming 'C' summary within a period of one week from today. We accept the said statement. If such a report is filed, the learned Magistrate is bound to pass an order thereon in accordance with law after notice to the complainant. Hence, at this stage, we declined to entertain this Application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the First Information Report.
