This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Second Appeal no. 18 of 2010.

Earlier this Court by order dated 05.07.2013 in Civil Application no. 801 of 2013 and order dated 02.07.2012 in Civil Application no. 1685 of 2010 hearing of Second Appeal is already expedited. In view of earlier orders, nothing survives in the present Civil Application.

Hence, following order.

a) Civil Application stands rejected.

b) Office is directed to place the matter on board for final hearing as per its turn as per earlier orders passed by this Court.
