P.C. :- P.C. :- The Petitioner has filed the present Petition praying for direction to pay suspension allowance for the period during which the Petitioner was under suspension.

In view of the dispute as to what is the quantum of amount payable by the Respondent No.1-Management to the Petitioner, the Respondent No.3-Education Officer is directed to ascertain exact amount which the Petitioner is entitled to get as per the Rules and communicate the same to the Respondent No.1. Same shall be done within a period of two weeks from today. After Shivgan
