Learned Counsel for the appellant seeks leave to delete the name of respondent Nos. 5 and 6. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The Appellate Court decreed the Regular Civil Suit No. 251 of 2012 and set aside the sale-deeds dated 23rd March, 2001 and 5th April, 2006. It is against the decree in the Regular Civil Appeal No. 407 of 2012, the original defendant No.3 has preferred this appeal.

Pending the appeal, the parties thereto have settled and compromised the dispute on Terms, which they reduced in writing on 18th January, 2019, which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The parties are present before the Court and they have signed the Consent Terms. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms. They are also identified by their respective Advocates. Aadhar Cards of the appellants and the respondents are taken on record and marked "X-1" collectively for identification.

The Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. Decree be drawn accordingly.
