I have perused the averments made in the civil application. I am satisfied that the applicants have made out a case for setting aside the conditional order dated 9th March 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judl.-II).

Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c) on the condition that all office objections are removed by the applicants within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If all office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the second appeal to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. No order as to costs. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
