This is an application for listing the Criminal Appeal for final hearing. This Court (Coram: Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 14/03/2022 passed in Criminal Application No.1181 of 2015 had already directed that the Appeal be listed on the final hearing board commencing from 04/04/2022. As of today the matter is not on board.

Considering the previous order the Criminal Appeal No. 868 of 2012 be listed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 21/11/2022.
