CORAM : A. S. GADKARI, J.

DATE : 06.10.2017.

P.C.:

1.

This is an Application for relaxation of condition No. (iii) imposed upon the Applicant by an Order dated 13.12.2016 while releasing the Applicant on bail.

2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the first informant on instructions submitted that after release from jail, the Applicant has not attended any date before the Trial Court and therefore, the trial is not proceeded. Apart from the said fact, on perusal of the Order dated 13rd December 2016, it indicates that this Court after taking into consideration the attending circumstances has imposed, the said condition which according to me is just and proper. No need to relax the said condition.

3.

Application is misconceived and is accordingly rejected. (A. S. GADKARI, J.)
