1] This is the second Bail Application in the wake of first application being permitted to be withdrawn on 29.07.2022. The learned counsel for the Applicant, stressfully submit that despite his arrest on 06.05.2021, charge is not yet framed and therefore he deserve his release on bail.

2] I am not convinced with the said submission, looking to the nature of injuries inflicted upon the injured and in the wake of an eye witness to the incident, there is also no reason why there should be a deviation from earlier order passed by me. However, since the charge 1/2

(1)BA-2579-2023.doc is not framed till date, let the concerned Court frame charge within a period of one month from today.

3] It is expected that upon framing of the charge, trial shall commence expeditiously.

Bail Application is dismissed.
