By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 30th August, 2016 passed by this Court by which miscellaneous civil application is dismissed for non-compliance of the conditional order passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that all office objections will be removed within two weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

In my view, the applicant has made out a case for recall of the order dated 30th August, 2016 on the condition that all office objections will be removed within two weeks from today. It is made 1/2

12-cao235-16 clear that no further extension would be granted. 4.

For the reasons recorded aforesaid, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Miscellaneous Civil Application (Stamp) No.18821 of 2016 is restored to its original file. Ad-interim protection granted by this Court is also restored which shall be continued till next date.

No order as to costs.

Affidavit in reply in the miscellaneous civil application, if any, shall be filed by the respondent within two weeks from today. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed on or before 4th January, 2017. 7.
