Perused the Application. The Suit is of the year 1991. By order dated 4 August 2015 this Court has already granted eight weeks period to the Applicants. The Application is moved for extension almost at the end of this eight weeks period. In fact today is the last date that is why the matter is moved urgently.

Considering the fact that the Applicants have already contacted their Advocates in the Apex Court, it would be in the interest of justice to grant time to the Applicants till 19 October 2015.

Civil Application is disposed off accordingly by extending the interim order granted by this Court on 4 August 2015 till 19 October 2015.
