Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 20.7.2018 passed by the 8th Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division Nasik below Exhibit- 291/A in Special Civil Suit No. 395/2008 rejecting the Petitioner - Plaintiff Application under Order 13 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for de-exhibiting Exhibit- 289 which was placed record.

Bare reading of the order shows that the court has specifically recorded that the issue of de-exhibiting Exhibit-289 would be decided at the time of final hearing of the suit. Considering this fact, I do not find any reason to entertain such type of the Writ Petitions.
