The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that a statutory appeal under Section 81F of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act is prescribed in law and the petitioner would resort to alternate remedy. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this court to withdraw this petition with liberty for resorting to alternate remedy.
