Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The prayer in this application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 is for quashing the FIR No.195 of 2008 which was registered for the offences punishable under sections 324 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. A certified copy of the compromise entered into between the applicants and the first informant before the Lok Adalat is tendered across the bar. By order dated 12th December 2015, in view of the settlement, the case has been disposed of by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate as both the offences are

crappln4401 compoundable at the instance of the victim.

Hence, nothing survives in this application and the same is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
