Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by legal heirs of sole appellant for bringing them on record in First Appeal (St.) No. 14156 of 2012.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. Hence, following order.

i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & ( b) which read thus:

" a) That this Hob'ble Court may condone the delay of about 32 days in taking out the present Civil Application.

b) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to Sneha Chavan 1/2

ii) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
