There is no case made out to vary of modify the order made on 12/08/2015. It is precisely after taking into consideration the financial position of the petitioner that i.e. his capacity to pay that the amount of compensation was reduced from 7,000/- to 5,000/-. 2.

However, liberty is granted to deposit the arrears within a period of three months from today in three equal installments. Further, the hearing in Appeal No.37 of 2014 pending before the Appeal Court is expedited. The Appeal Court is directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of one year from today.
