Having heard learned Counsel for the applicants at a considerable length and the learned Special P. P., learned Counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw the application with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the hearing of the case. Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the case as early as possible and, in any case, within a year from the date of framing of the charge.

In case the trial is not concluded within a year, liberty to the accused to revive their prayer for bail.
