The learned Counsel for petitioner, upon taking instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition, as this Court has indicated that the directions can always be issued to the Divisional Commissioner for expediting the appeal instituted by the petitioner challenging the disqualification order made by the Collector against her. Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw this petition. There shall be a direction to the Divisional Commissioner to dispose of the appeal instituted by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the matter on merits and therefore all contentions of all parties are left open to be decided by the Divisional Commissioner in the pending appeal.

Both parties to cooperate in the matter of expeditious disposal of the appeal.

The parties to appear before the Divisional Commissioner on 15/10/2015 at 11.00 a.m. and produce the authenticated copy of this order.
