The above Civil Application has been filed for seeking an amendment to the Writ Petition in view of the subsequent development of the order dated 23/12/2015 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jath, District Sangli.

The said order has been passed pursuant to the order dated 17/4/2015 passed by the Collector Sangli, by which the order the matter came to be remanded back to the Sub Divisional Officer for a de novo consideration, in terms of the directions contained in the said order dated 17/4/2015. 3.
The above writ petition challenges the said order dated 17/4/2015, since the order dated 23/12/2015 supersedes the order dated 17/4/2015 passed by the Collector, the challenge in the above Writ Petition has turned infructuous as the the impugned order dated 17/4/2017 has already been implemented.

Hence, the relief sought in the Civil Application for amending the above petition cannot be granted.

Civil Application is accordingly rejected. The above Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to file a fresh Petition to challenge the order dated 23/12/2015 and the order subsequent thereto passed by the Collector on 9/6/2016.
