Having heard learned Counsel for petitioner and learned AGP, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No. 3 to decide proposal dated 6/3/2017 of respondent No. 4 regarding petitioner's approval as assistant teacher and consequent inclusion of his name in "Samaj Sevaarth Pranali" as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition. Respondent No. 3 shall decide the said proposal independently on its own merits and in accordance with law. All points Talwalkar 1/2

33.wp12023.17.doc and contentions of respective parties are kept open. In order to enable respondent No. 3 to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before respondent No. 3 on 9/4/2018 alongwith copy of the said proposal as well as copy of this order.
