The applicant is aggrieved by order passed by the Sessions Court cancelling regular bail granted to the applicant by the Court of learned Magistrate. In the circumstances, the application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 cannot be entertained. The applicant is, however, at liberty to challenge the order passed by Sessions Court cancelling bail granted to applicant and directing him to be taken in custody, by appropriate proceedings. Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.1753 of 2018 is disposed of with liberty as above.
